International performances of only the best caliber perform during the annual Jacksonville festival, now celebrating its 12th season. Legendary artists from around the world have been honored to perform in local Amelia Island venues for the festival that honors and introduces Jacksonville audiences to centuries-old chamber music. This Jacksonville festival opens each season in May, and concludes just a month later after inspiring audiences with renowned performances. This season, the Amelia Island Festival welcomes violinist Robert McDuffie, cellist Zuill Bailey and pianist Robert Spano to the stage, as well as Time for Three performing at Walker’s Landing and a family concert at the area Boys & Girls Club. It’s a community affair that enriches the lives of all generations. AICMF is a non-profit organization that promotes chamber music through the annual Jacksonville festival that began in 2001. Hosted at various venues throughout Amelia Island, the music festival enriches the lives of everyone who attends.
