An annual tradition in Jacksonville, the 26.2 With Donna offers runners and spectators a chance to come out and support this beloved breast cancer marathon in Jacksonville. Not only does this race offer runners of all levels a chance to run against the world’s best, it also raises money and awareness for breast cancer health. From world-class marathoners to beginners, everyone is welcome to register and join in on this important Boston Qualifier.
Before race day there are a number of fun Jacksonville activities to take part in including a Health and Fitness Expo with exhibits and vendors and the annual Lots of Love Pasta Party. The course offers welcome challenges and beautiful scenery to runners and provides spectators with multiple viewing points to enjoy all of the action. The race winds its way through four scenic communities of Jacksonville through quaint neighborhoods and along a historic highway. More than 20,000 spectators are expected to line the course as 35 bands help create a block party atmosphere that’s a perfect way to spend a day near the Jacksonville Beach.
