Hang up that apron, turn the oven off and let us do the cooking at Azurea restaurant this Thanksgiving. Executive Chef Ted Peters and his all-star culinary team has created a gourmet menu that put an Azurea twist on holiday classics.

For Thanksgiving brunch {served from 11:30 am – 2 p.m.}, sit down with family and friends to a meal of griddled buttermilk pancakes and cast iron seared home fries or customize your plate with Benedict Bar toppings like grilled natural beef filet and jumbo lump crab.


Joining us for dinner? Get ready for dishes like Roasted Pumpkin Gnocchi with foraged mushrooms, toasted walnuts, English peas, sage and brown butter and Braised Colorado Lamb Rack with blueberry apricot compote and black garlic mash. Of course, we’ll also be serving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with slow roasted traditional turkey, sausage-apple-sage stuffing, fork smashed fingerling potatoes and giblet gravy. Dinner will be served 2 – 8 p.m.


Be sure to save room for dessert, because Pastry Chef Courtney Slipko has put sweets like Pumpkin Cheesecake and White Chocolate Cranberry Brioche Bread Pudding on the menu.
